An adored, delicious delicacy, prepared easily and quickly!
• 1 cup flour
• 1 full teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 chopped spoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons melted butter + a little extra butter for frying
• 1 teaspoon CBD oil dissolved in 1 teaspoon coconut butter
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of milk
Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. In another bowl, beat with a whisk or fork, first the egg and stir in the milk.
Pour the mixture into the bowl with the flour and mix them well with the whisk so that it does not clump and add in the melted butter and the coconut butter with the CBD oil. (Keep the mixture aside for ½ about an hour if you have time and before using it beat it for a few seconds to homogenize).
Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat and add a piece of butter (½ -1 teaspoon approximately). When it melts, take a cup of coffee mixture and put it on the pan. Do not move the pan to spread the mixture as we do with the crepes (you will see the pancake "thick", but this is how it should be!)
Wait until it blisters on its surface and turn it on the other side to brown both surfaces (1-2 minutes). The pancake will swell and will be about 1 cm thick.
Bake all the pancakes in the same way and take them out on a plate. Serve hot and accompanied by sweet or savory flavors!
