1 large or 2 smoll slices of bread

1 garlic clove, sliced in half

1/4 teaspoon CBD oil

1/2 avocado, pitted

salt, black pepper, chilli flakes/hot red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander/cilantro, parsley or basil

sprinkle of vegan feta, to finish (optional)

Toast the bread to your liking. While it is still hot, rub the garlic clove halves, cut-side down, onto your toast. Drizzle the toast evenly with CBD oil.

Scoop the avocado flesh from its skin and lightly smush it onto the toast with a fork or knife. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, chilli flakes/hot red pepper flakes, fresh herb(s) and vegan feta (if using).

Enjoy immediately.
